• We don't ship to P.O.BOX addresses for security reasons. You must sign that you received the parcel.  

Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). Return policy:

1.     Notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number by email .

2.     The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number,   and you are responsible for shipping and insurance . If you need any help with that please contact us and we will let you know how to do that .

3. The diamond must be returned in its original condition, with the lab report in order to receive a full refund. A $150 fee will be deducted if the lab report is not returned with the diamond.
4. Returned items must be unused, intact and in pristine condition. Any damaged stone or re-cut or broken stone will not be accepted as a return.  All sealed diamonds will be accepted in original sealed condition only. Any opened or damaged seal will be accepted only after the certifying laboratory ratifies that the stone is compatible to the certificate. We charge US $150 for this authorization.

5.     Once our diamond experts have inspected your returned item, your money will be refunded through your credit card account. Shipping costs are not refundable .

If the specific stone you choose is not in stock, the site's administrator will offer you an equivalent stone in size and quality if not a better one, without requiring any additional payment. If you don't want the alternative stone, your money will be refunded immediately. In addition, a $50 coupon, useable on your next purchase, will be sent to your address.
